If you have not heard of savingstar then you have not seen the latest in coupon technology. It is unlike coupons that you DO NOT receive anything OFF your register receipt.
It is Like coupons in the fact that you save money on items you purchase.
The program works like this:

Use your shoppers card when shopping at the store (Not all stores are eligible for this program)
